🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Not marked as final sale

To start a return, email us at inklynest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., underwear) unless faulty

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
